Q: Where do I find my tracking number?

It is in your shipping confirmation email, sent when your order leaves the atelier. Check your inbox, spam and promotions folders. If you cannot find it, contact us with your order number and we will resend it.

Q: My tracking has not updated in a few days. Is my order okay?

Yes. International parcels are scanned at major hubs, so quiet stretches of a few days between scans are normal, especially during customs processing. If nothing moves for more than 7 to 10 days, contact us and we will investigate with the courier.

Q: Can I still change my delivery address?

Only before your order ships. Once shipped, the route is locked in with the courier. If your order has not shipped yet, contact us immediately and we will update the address.

Q: Tracking says delivered, but there is no package.

Check with household members, neighbors, your mail room and safe drop spots, and allow up to 48 hours since couriers sometimes scan early. If it still has not appeared, contact us with your order number and we will open an investigation.

Q: What if the box arrives damaged?

Take clear photos of the outer box and the item exactly as they arrived, before unpacking further, and send them through our contact page. Our team reviews every case quickly and will make things right.

It is fine, promise. International parcels are scanned at major hubs, so quiet stretches of a few days between scans are completely normal, especially while customs does its paperwork. If nothing moves for more than 7 to 10 days, reach out and our team will investigate with the courier.

How long until my order arrives?

Everything we ship is handmade or hand-finished to order, then sent with full tracking. Delivery windows vary by destination and season, so check our Shipping & Delivery page for the current estimate for your country.
