It is fine, promise. International parcels are scanned at major hubs, so quiet stretches of a few days between scans are completely normal, especially while customs does its paperwork. If nothing moves for more than 7 to 10 days, reach out and our team will investigate with the courier.

Only before your order ships. Once a parcel is on its way, the route is locked in with the courier. If your order has not shipped yet, contact us immediately and we will update the address for you.
