Because each doll enters handcrafting immediately, orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase for a full refund. Past 1 hour, your doll is already in an artisan’s hands and the order is final. Sale items cannot be cancelled.
Email us now — every minute countsTransit damage is 100% on us. Email us within 24 hours of delivery with (1) clear photos of the damage, (2) photos of the box and packaging, and (3) your order number. We’ll approve a replacement or full refund — you never pay to fix our problem.

Check with neighbors and your local carrier first — most “missing” packages surface within 3 days.

Like commissioned art, it can’t return to a shelf, so change-of-mind returns can’t be accommodated on custom, OOAK, premium custom, or sale items. This is standard for made-to-order studios worldwide, and it’s how we guarantee you never receive a returned or refurbished doll.

Full refund availableAn artisan carves, sand-mattes, paints and assembles your doll over 2–5 days of processing. Once in production, the piece exists only for you and can no longer be cancelled or returned.
Final sale from hereAnything that happens between our workshop and your door is our responsibility. Damage, loss before delivery, wrong item — all covered in full. If nothing arrives within 45 days, you’re refunded.
100% coveredOnce the carrier records a successful delivery scan, responsibility passes to you. We strongly recommend a secure delivery address and tracking notifications. Packages lost or stolen after the scan aren’t covered.
Your care beginsOpen your box on camera if you can — an unboxing video is the gold standard of proof. Inspect everything. Any transit damage or wrong item must be reported within 24 hours with photos of the item, box and packaging.
Damage claims openUnopened, regular-priced, non-custom items can be returned within 30 days with a return authorization. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days of us receiving the item, depending on your bank.
