Accessibility statement

This Is Blythe wants every collector to be able to browse, shop, and get help on our site, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology. Accessibility is part of how we build, not an afterthought.

Our standard

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA across www.thisisblythe.com. Our language subdomains are served from the same templates and inherit the same work.

What we do

• Keep a clear heading structure and readable font sizes on every page.
• Support keyboard navigation for menus, forms, and checkout.
• Write text alternatives for product photos and meaningful images.
• Maintain strong color contrast between text and backgrounds.
• Label form fields and error messages so they make sense when read aloud.
• Review new pages and features against these points before they ship.

Third-party content

Some parts of the site come from outside providers, such as payment forms, live chat, embedded videos, and translation. We choose vendors who take accessibility seriously, but we cannot always change their code. If one of these blocks you, contact us and we will help you finish your task another way.

Known limitations

Some older blog posts and product photos may still be missing full alternative text. We fix these as we find them, and reports from visitors speed that up.
