Arrived in a strong box. The doll itself was safely packed in a pouch. The body was wrapped in a puffy film. The head had a transparent protector. Clothes, additional hands, and stand/ordered separately. All items were in a separate package, and each item was individually in their own packages… The hair is full, soft and smooth, and pleasant to the touch. The main clothes are sewn well, there are no threads, the shoes are especially adorable-they have small velcro for fastening straps. I love my doll. I recommend it.
