Packages from our warehouse in Canada, United States, Singapore, Japan, China or Hong Kong will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us. If you use Yahoo, Hotmail, and AOL, you may not receive our emails properly due to their strict transactional filters. We suggest using a free Gmail account for improved communication.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
Yes, your order will be sent in one package unless it's overweight. Order with confidence.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled only within the same hour of purchase. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change to an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process starts, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of This Is Blythe (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of This Is Blythe

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
We don't offer any exchanges at the moment. We also don't have any refurbishment program available as we craft all of our products with brand new items and ingredients from scratch.
What is a Blythe Doll?
Blythe is a collectible fashion doll with an oversized head and large eyes that change color up to a total of four times with the pull of a string. Like Barbie, Blythe Dolls are a stylish generation of fashionable, high-quality, and highly individualized dolls. These waif-like figures stand 12 inches or 30 cm tall, characterized by oversized heads and great big eyes. Their enchanting eyes change both colors and gaze with the pull of a string to match a specific mood, personality, or outfit.

How do Blythe Doll's eyes work?
Neo Blythe Doll models come with four different eye colors and positions. Blythe has a large head to incorporate the eye-change mechanism, which is controlled by a pull cord running from the back of the head that all work without the help of batteries. Blythe’s eyes are large and round, and they change from a variety of colors such as green, pink, yellow, blue, brown, and gray each time the string is pulled, momentarily closing between each cord pull. Although each Blythe doll comes with four sets of eyechips already installed, you can always customize Blythe eyechips to your liking from galaxy design to hearts to human-like eyes. In addition to traditional eye dolls, some of the new generation custom Blythe dolls have sleepy eyes integrated, which a second cord allows changing the gaze into the sleepy position.
