Refund Policy

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We do not accept returns for on-sale items unless the items are damaged.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

We do not accept returns for Custom OOAK dolls and Premium Custom Blythe dolls.

Refunds (if applicable)

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund you can request one no matter the reason.

Having said that, your health and safety are important to us. We don’t use refurbished parts – we use all brand-new parts using high-grade industrial tools and kits. You receive a completely brand-new Blythe product made only for you! Therefore, we recommend making your due diligence before ordering your items to avoid any hassles.

If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.

If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.

If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused and the box unopened.

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 35 days.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

We do not accept refunds for on-sale dolls, Custom OOAK dolls and Premium Custom Blythe dolls. Please note that This Is Blythe doesn’t accept cancellations or returns for on-sale items. Since we work 24/7 around the clock and start processing orders fairly fast, we cannot accept requests to cancel orders made more than an hour ago.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, on-sale and discounted items cannot be refunded. We do not accept cancellations for on-sale items as well as Custom OOAK dolls and Premium Custom Blythes.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We don’t offer exchanges.

Return Shipping

To return your product, you should first contact us. Then, you will be provided with a return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach us you may vary.
